Throughout this period, we continued monthly compensation arrangements based on good faith and our commitment to honoring existing agreements, despite the reduced scope of work being performed.

When we initiated discussions regarding platform modernization and technological advancement, the former developer expressed no interest in participating in these improvements. Multiple opportunities were extended for continued collaboration, including equity discussions and various partnership arrangements. These offers were declined, and the individual made clear his intention to terminate his involvement with the platform.

In accordance with standard industry practices, we offered several comprehensive separation packages, including a non-compete agreement. These offers were made in good faith despite no contractual obligation to do so. Our proposals were declined.

Following his departure, we became aware of coordinated efforts to disrupt our operations and community through sophisticated social engineering and organized campaigns designed to undermine platform stability.

This behavior pattern appears to have been a deliberate strategy to deflect suspicion and create plausible deniability while conducting covert operations against our platform.
